Okehampton

As part of a consortium including a national housebuilder and a local landowner, we have acheived the allocation for residential development of a 38 acre (15.4 hectare) site to the east of Okehampton. Detailed negotiations are now underway to secure an outline planning permission for the site.

Exeter

We are working with the University of Exeter to convert a redundant Hall of Residence dating from the 17th century into a high quality residential conference centre.

St. Austell

We are undertaking feasibility studeis on a site for a proposed hotel with spectacular coastal views.
