Leander Developments was part of the Knapp Group, a highly respected construction and property development group of companies with a turnover of around £20 million, and a history stretching back over 50 years. Following the sale of the group to Galliford Try plc in 2001, Leander Developments was de-merged and remains in the ownership of the Knapp family.

We now undertake a broad range of property development and investment projects, in various sectors of the property market. Throughout the last decade we have enjoyed working with several joint-venture partners, where a combination of skills, assets and probity has lead to successful and profitable relationships, and a reputation that we are proud of.
